The travel writing camp for adventurous teens
Boston & Beyond: Grades 9 and 10
WHAT’S THERE TO WRITE ABOUT? When you’re traveling, the answer is limitless. In Boston & Beyond, we explore urban neighborhoods and take day-trips in search of eye-opening moments. We sample new foods, talk to locals, learn cultural activities, and play in unfamiliar settings. These experiences are the stuff of journal writing and longer pieces – chances to reflect on the journey and share it in The Collection. Explore the wider world of Boston and discover the person closest to home – yourself.
Who Should Register: Curious and adventurous students of all writing abilities entering grades 9 or 10.
Financial assistance is available to qualified families. Applying early will increase your chance of receiving aid.
