2021 Program Update

Dear Summer Ink Community,

As we look toward the summer of 2021 and to emerging from the grip of this global pandemic, we have some important news to share with all of you. After careful consideration, Summer Ink has decided to place its 2021 program on hiatus. As many of you know, Summer Ink is a program that engages students both intellectually and physically, relying on both active, in-person, outside adventures as well as vivid classroom experiences. Unfortunately, at this time, it is not clear what kind of in-person program we can have this summer. While we moved last summer’s program online and enjoyed trying a new format, we still feel that the in-person approach is best and most consistent with our mission.

While this news may come as a disappointment to many, please know that this decision was based on a desire to provide the best possible programming to the young people who attend Summer Ink. This hiatus will enable us to plan for the summer of 2022 and will ensure that the organization endures during what is still an unsettled time.

Please feel free to reach out to us on info@summerink.org with any questions. We look forward to the time when we can all gather as we used to.

On behalf of Summer Ink,

Arthur Unobskey

Board President

Summer Ink will not be holding its summer program in 2024. We will update our site when the program is back. Thank you for your interest; please email info@summerink.org with any questions.
